About the Jersey
2004-05 Alaska Aces
Road Reebok Mesh, Size 56, Set 1
MGS No. 120154

Moderate overall use plenty of board burns, puck/stick marks, number fraying, and evidence of washings. Jones is known as an offensive-minded defenseman, with hands and skating ability about as graceful as you'll see at any level. Mike's playmaking ability is just one facet of his game, as he is as important quarterbacking the power play as he is killing penalties, and keeping guys out of the crease. After graduating from Bowling Green, Jones signed with the Tampa Bay Lightning where he spent the 2000-01 season as a member of the Detroit Vipers, and was one of the organization's top defensive prospects. After battling a foot injury over the next few seasons, Jones joined the Alaska Aces and was an instrumental part of the club's success during the 2004-05 season. A consummate professional both on and off the ice, Jones is always known as one of the leaders wherever he plays. "Jonesy" is not only one of my favorite players of all time, but one of the great people I've been fortunate enough to meet in life, and a very close friend. If you haven't rallied with Jonesy, I highly recommend it!
